These terms apply to use of the ViviPractice website and related enquiry and onboarding processes. Subscription terms and commercial details may be supplemented by written agreements.

ViviPractice provides tools and operational support for appointment-led pharmacy services.

2. Website use

Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or others.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
  • Do not use the website to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
  • Do not interfere with normal operation of the website
  • Do not submit false information or misrepresent your organisation

3. Enquiries and intake submissions

Website forms are designed for operational enquiries and onboarding details.

  • Do not submit patient clinical data or special category data through website enquiry forms
  • You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is accurate and up to date
  • We may request additional details to confirm scope, identity, and onboarding requirements

For secure documentation exchange, we may provide alternative channels during onboarding.

4. Subscriptions and scope

Subscriptions are offered on defined plans and premises scope.

  • Core is intended for a single premise
  • Signature supports up to three premises
  • Enterprise is for larger groups and bespoke governance requirements
  • SMS is optional and billed separately via credits where offered

Pricing, features, and scope may be supplemented by written agreements for enterprise engagements.

5. Payments and third-party providers

Payments may be processed by third-party providers.

If you use a third-party checkout provider (for example, Stripe), their terms may also apply. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and authorised.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but no platform is uninterrupted at all times.

  • Planned maintenance may occur to improve reliability and security
  • We may suspend or limit access to protect users and system integrity
  • We may update features to improve performance and governance

7. Acceptable use

ViviPractice is intended to support legitimate pharmacy operations.

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to bypass clinical governance
  • Do not use the service to mislead patients or misrepresent services
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or copy protected content
  • Do not use the service in a way that creates security risk for others

8. Intellectual property

The website and its materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • All trademarks, branding, and content are owned by ViviPractice or its licensors
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • You may use the website for your internal evaluation and onboarding only

9. Disclaimers

We provide operational tooling. You remain responsible for clinical decisions and compliance.

  • ViviPractice does not provide medical advice
  • Clinical responsibility remains with the pharmacy and authorised professionals
  • Website information is provided for general operational context and may change

10. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, ViviPractice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected. Specific commercial terms may apply in written agreements.
